On Wednesday 16th January 2019 (1:30pm), Dr Stéphane Mocanu will defend his accreditation to supervise research (in french Habilitation à diriger des recherches) entitled "Cyberdefense of critical infrastructures".
With the discovery of the Stuxnet worm in 2010, cybersecurity of industrial systems has been intensively studied in the last few years. At the edge between computer science and automation, Stéphane will present an overview of his work on intrusion detection and explore the future of his field of expertise: improving detection through modeling, researching vulnerabilities using reverse-engineering and reacting to attacks through autonomic approaches.
