Karine Bannelier will participate in the upcoming OECD Open Forum on Cybersecurity Best Practices entitled “Private Sector ‘Hack Back’: Where is The Limit?”, as part of the annual meeting of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF 2018). The event is hosted by the government of France at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris on November 12th to 14th 2018.
